Quality outdoor reared Pork and Lamb from our own award winning stock at Grange Farm. Bred for taste, matured for flavour.
We breed Pedigree Charollais and Blue Texel Sheep (which is where the shop name originates from). Our pigs are principally Saddlebacks and Gloucester Old Spots, Beef is sourced from local farmers and we believe that British is best, so we use the more traditional British beef breeds.
Our Poultry is from Thame, and the Fresh Free Range Eggs are also produced on the farm from our rescued battery hens.
The Farm Shop stocks a tempting range of food to complement the Butchery, and stock is constantly changing as we source new local products to add to our range. Look out for our seasonal goods and special offers.
